Trade Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These terms govern purchases made through the Wottz Trade Portal (trade.wottz.com) by approved trade partners of EV Cables Limited (trading as Wottz), registered in England and Wales.

2. Account Eligibility

The Trade Portal is exclusively for approved business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business and are authorised to do so.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the Trade Portal are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at checkout at the prevailing rate. Prices include trade discounts applicable to your account tier. Quantity-based pricing breaks are applied automatically at checkout.

Payment is due at checkout unless Net payment terms have been agreed in writing. Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in account suspension and late payment charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Orders & Fulfilment

All cables are manufactured to order. Acceptance of your order is confirmed by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed — we will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Shipping

Shipping is charged at weight-based rates calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For dropship orders, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy. Trade orders may be subject to a restocking fee for non-faulty returns, as products are built to order.

7. Intellectual Property

The Wottz brand, logos, product designs, and all related intellectual property remain the property of EV Cables Limited. Partners may use Wottz brand assets for resale purposes only in accordance with any brand guidelines provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from trade orders is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Trade Portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.
