Ordering
How do I place an order?
Log in to your trade account, browse to the product you need, select your variant options (cable type, length, colour) and add to cart. For larger orders, use the quick order list on each product page to add multiple variants at once.
What are the discount tiers?
All trade pricing is built into your account automatically. Discounts increase with quantity:
1–9 units: Dropship rate
10–49 units: Volume 1
50–199 units: Volume 2
200+ units: Volume 3
You'll see your price update as you change quantities at checkout.
How does dropshipping work?
Place your order as normal but enter your end customer's delivery address at checkout. We ship direct to them in Wottz packaging. You can set an editable shipping address on your account if you need to change it per order. If you need custom or plain packaging, contact us to arrange it.
What are the payment terms?
New accounts start on payment at checkout. Once established, qualifying partners can apply for Net 30 terms. Contact us to discuss payment terms for your account.
How long does delivery take?
Every cable is built to order in our UK workshop. Typical lead times:
1–9 units: 2–3 working days
10–49 units: 3–5 working days
50+ units: 1–2 weeks

Products
What products are available?
The full Wottz range is available to trade partners: Untethered (Type 2 to Type 2) cables in 7kW and 22kW, Tethered wallbox replacement cables, Portable Chargers with UK/Schuko/Commando plugs, V2L (Vehicle to Load) discharge cables, and a range of accessories including carry bags, cable covers, wall mounts, and contact cleaner.
Can I order custom lengths or colours?
We offer lengths from 2m to 50m and multiple colour options (black, blue, yellow) as standard. If you need a specification we don't list, contact us — we manufacture everything in-house so custom orders are straightforward.
Do you offer custom branding or labels?
Yes. We can produce cables with custom labels and packaging for qualifying volume partners. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Returns & Warranty
What is the returns policy for trade orders?
Trade orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Because cables are built to order, we may apply a restocking fee for non-faulty returns. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are replaced or refunded at no cost. See our full Refund Policy for details.
What warranty do the cables carry?
All Wottz cables carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If a cable fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
Account & Getting Started
How do I become a trade partner?
Visit wottz.com/partners to learn about our partner programme, or contact us at trade@wottz.com. We work with fleet managers, charge point manufacturers, retailers, dealerships, installers and resellers.
How do I manage multiple delivery locations?
Your trade account supports multiple company locations. You can add delivery addresses in your account settings and select the correct one at checkout. This is useful if you operate from several sites or need to ship to different branches.
