Shipping & Delivery

Build-to-Order

Every Wottz cable is built to your specification in our UK workshop. This means your order is manufactured fresh — not pulled off a shelf.

Lead Times

• 1–9 units: Typically 2–3 working days to build and despatch
• 10–49 units: 3–5 working days
• 50+ units: 1–2 weeks depending on specification and current capacity

For large or urgent orders, contact us directly to confirm timelines.

Shipping Rates

All trade orders ship via weight-based pricing from our workshop in Buckinghamshire:

• Standard Delivery (UK): from £5.99 — based on total order weight

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Heavier orders (multiple cables or longer lengths) will incur higher shipping charges.

Dropship Orders

If you operate on a dropship model, cables are shipped direct to your end customer in plain Wottz packaging (or custom packaging if arranged). The same weight-based rates and lead times apply.

International

We ship to the EU and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
