Trade Refund Policy

Returns Window

Trade orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Built-to-Order Products

Because Wottz cables are manufactured to your specification, non-faulty returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value. This covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and re-stocking built-to-order items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Return

  1. Email trade@wottz.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping label or instructions
  3. Ship the item(s) back in original packaging
  4. Refund or replacement is processed within 5 working days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For orders on Net terms, a credit note will be issued against your account.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on custom-branded or bespoke specification products unless faulty. Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
