All prices on the portal are shown excluding VAT. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout based on how many units you order.

How dropshipping works

You sell the cable. We build it and ship it direct to your customer. You don't hold any stock — we handle the manufacturing and fulfilment.

The process:

  1. Your customer orders from you — on your website, in-store, wherever you sell
  2. You place the order here on the trade portal with their delivery address
  3. We build the cable in our workshop and ship it to them
  4. You keep the margin

Good to know:

  • Cables ship in Wottz packaging as standard. If you need plain or custom packaging, get in touch and we'll sort it.
  • Build and despatch typically takes 2–3 working days.
  • Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout — most single cables work out around £5.99–£14.99 depending on length.
  • You can enter your customer's delivery address at checkout. Make sure the shipping address is theirs, not yours.

How volume ordering works

Ordering 10 or more cables at once? Your discount improves automatically. We ship to your warehouse, shop, or wherever you need them.

The process:

  1. Browse the product range and add cables to your cart
  2. Your discount improves as the quantity increases — no codes needed
  3. Check out with your delivery address
  4. We build and ship your order

Lead times for volume orders:

  • 10–49 units: 3–5 working days to build and despatch
  • 50–199 units: typically 1–2 weeks, depending on the specification
  • 200+ units: get in touch and we'll confirm a timeline based on current capacity

Every cable is built to order in our UK workshop. For volume orders we may need slightly longer — but we'll always be upfront about timescales.

Shipping and lead times

Every Wottz cable is built to your specification in our workshop in Buckinghamshire. We don't pull cables off a shelf — your order is manufactured fresh. That's why we're good at what we do, and it's why lead times matter.

UK delivery: Weight-based pricing from £5.99, calculated at checkout. Longer and heavier cables cost more to ship — the checkout will show the exact amount before you pay.

EU delivery: From £14.99 flat rate.

International: From £23.99. Import duties and local taxes are the receiver's responsibility.

Build times by order size:

  • 1–9 units: 2–3 working days
  • 10–49 units: 3–5 working days
  • 50+ units: 1–2 weeks (we'll confirm when you order)

You'll get tracking details by email once your order has been despatched.

Placing an order

Each product page has a quick order list at the bottom — it shows every variant (length, amperage, colour) with the trade price and an add-to-cart button. This is the fastest way to order if you know what you need.

Step by step:

  1. Go to Products in the menu and pick the cable type you need
  2. Scroll to the quick order list at the bottom of the product page
  3. Enter quantities next to each variant
  4. Hit add to cart
  5. At checkout, enter the delivery address — yours for volume, your customer's for dropship

Tips:

  • You can order a mix of variants in one order (e.g. three 5m cables and two 10m cables).
  • Your quantity discount is calculated on the total number of units in your cart, across all variants.
  • All prices shown on the portal exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout.

Common questions

Do I need a separate account for dropship and volume?

No. It's one catalogue and one account. Your discount is based purely on the number of units in each order. Order 3 cables for a dropship customer one day, then 50 for your warehouse the next — the pricing adjusts automatically.

How are the discounts calculated?

Discounts are based on the total number of cable units in your order. The system counts all cable variants together. So if you order 6 untethered cables and 5 tethered cables, that's 11 units — and you'll get the Volume 1 discount (20% off) on the whole order.

Can I mix cable types in one order?

Yes. You can combine untethered, tethered, portable, and V2L cables in the same order. The total unit count across all cable types determines your discount tier.

What payment terms are available?

New partners pay at checkout. Once you've established a track record with us, we may be able to offer Net 30 payment terms. Talk to us if that's something you need.

Can I return cables I've ordered?

Because our cables are built to order, returns work a bit differently. Unused cables in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, but a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for built-to-order items. Faulty cables are replaced free of charge — no questions. Do you offer custom branding or packaging?

We can discuss custom labelling and packaging for larger partnerships. Get in touch with the partner support team and we'll work out what's possible for your setup.
