Getting started

Setting up your trade account takes just a few minutes:

  1. Click "Apply for a trade account" above
  2. Fill out the short form — company name, contact details, and what you're looking to order
  3. We'll review your application — typically within 1 working day
  4. You'll receive an email with a link to log in once your account is ready

What happens after approval:

  • Your company account is created with your trade pricing applied automatically
  • You can log in using passwordless login — no password to set up or remember
  • Browse the full product range with your trade discount visible on every product
  • Place orders immediately via the quick order list on each product page

Company accounts: Add as many team members as you need, each with their own login. Share payment methods across your team without sharing card details. Location Admins manage everything; Ordering Only users focus on buying.

How to place orders

Each product page has a quick order list — a line-by-line view of every variant (length, amperage, colour) with your trade price and an add-to-cart button. No clicking through options one at a time.

Step by step:

  1. Go to Products in the menu and pick the cable type you need
  2. Scroll to the quick order list on the product page
  3. Enter quantities next to each variant you want
  4. Click Add to cart
  5. Repeat for any other products you need

Tips:

  • You can mix cable types in one order — untethered, tethered, portable, and V2L
  • Volume discounts apply per variant — the more you order of a specific cable, the better the price
  • Need to repeat a previous order? Use one-click reorder from your order history
  • All prices exclude VAT — it's added at checkout

How to checkout

Once your cart is ready:

  1. Review your cart — check quantities and your trade pricing
  2. Enter a delivery address — ship to your warehouse, or enter your customer's address for dropship orders
  3. Choose shipping — rates are calculated by weight at checkout
  4. Pay — card payment at checkout, or use your stored payment method if one's been set up
  5. Confirmation — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately

Good to know:

  • Your delivery address is editable on every order — no need to contact us to change it
  • If your company has Net 30 terms, they'll appear as a payment option at checkout
  • Location Admins can add and manage payment methods for their whole team

Common questions

How is my pricing calculated?

Your trade discount is applied automatically across every product. Volume pricing improves the more you order of each specific variant — you'll see the full breakdown in the Volume Pricing table on each product page. If you have a bespoke arrangement, your account already reflects that.

How do I log in?

We use passwordless login. Click Log In, enter your email address, and we'll send you a one-time code. Enter the code and you're in — no password to remember or reset.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes. Contact our partner support team and we'll add them. Each person gets their own login and can be set as a Location Admin (manages users and payment methods) or Ordering Only (places orders). No limit on users per company.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout. Orders under 50 cables ship by courier. Larger orders go by pallet. If you need a tail lift, timed delivery, or are shipping to a restricted-access site, let us know in advance.

What are the lead times?

Every cable is manufactured to order. Typical lead times: up to 25 cables — 5 working days, up to 50 — 10 working days, up to 100 — 15–20 working days. Place orders early if you have a firm delivery date.

What payment terms are available?

New partners pay at checkout. Once you've established a track record with us, we may be able to offer Net 30 payment terms. Talk to us if that's something you need.

How do returns work?

Request a return from your order history. Because cables are built to order, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-faulty returns. Faulty or incorrectly supplied cables are replaced or refunded at no cost.
